Return Policy

Textbooks

The OCtech Bookstore will give full refunds on textbooks during the first 10 class days of the current semester, or 10 days from the date of purchase provided:

1. The book is clean, unmarked, and in the same condition as when purchased. Bundles (wrapped in shrink-wrap/boxed) need to include everything originally purchased within that bundle (all books and access codes). 
2. Access codes have not been exposed or damaged.
3. The customer has an OCtech Bookstore receipt. This receipt denotes ownership and refunds will not be given without it.

*IF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN*

Refunds/credits will be made to the student or the applicable sponsor or Title IV Program.
Cash refunds will be made for cash sales only.
A Refund Request Form must be completed for purchases made by check. A refund check will be mailed to the student approximately 2 weeks after the request.

Supplies
No refunds/credits on supplies or clothing. (Clothing items may be exchanged for a different size)

Shipping Policy

We strive to ship all orders within two business days. OCtech Bookstore's business shipping days are Monday - Thursday (no orders are processed or shipped on Fridays, weekends, holidays, or during school closures). Once the order is processed, delivery normally occurs in approximately 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, therefore, a complete street address is required when placing an order. We will only ship within the continental US. In store pick up orders will be processed and ready for pick up the next business day.
